Why the Nascar pit stop does't ad more creq for pit?
Safety. NASCAR has a way bigger field size than F1 does so you can't have as many people on pit road concurrently. Every car has its own pit stall and if you were to have a every car in at the same time, you'd have somewhere in the neighborhood of 400 people on pit road at the same time with a full F1 crew.
Beating your jack by that much is an achievement, or means your front guy is slow

Sorry I'm not answering your native tongue, hopefully Google translates this well. It's theoretically possible to do a pit stop like that, but the arrangement on pit road of NASCAR makes that dangerous. F1 gives every constructor a pit box, NASCAR gives every car a pit box. Not only that NASCAR has 3 to 4 times as many cars on track. If you were to have a minimum field size for a top series NASCAR race and all of the cars were to pit at once with an F1 size pit crew, you'd have 396 people standing on pit road at once. With everybody trying to get in and out as fast as possible, The odds would be much higher that somebody would be run over. NASCAR has done what they can to have as few people as possible standing on pit road at once. Only five people can cross the wall for the car at any given time.

Well that got out of hand. You okay after that (I'm assuming it's your footage)? I was a little surprised the fueler removed the nozzle, since (at least at a civilian gas station), that's exactly what you're NOT supposed to do.
It's a fast fill, it doesn't work like a traditional fuelling nozzle, it's gravity fed instead of pumped so it doesn't have a shut off, im not sure exactly how these ones work, but im pretty sure the flow is controlled by the fueller
